Q: I’m Ready to Start Testing – What Should I do?
STEP 1: Request an Initial Health Evaluation with Test Recommendations using
our secure online appointment system (see pricing info below).

Once we receive your request, we will send you both a Health History Form and a Metabolic Assessment Form.
STEP 2: E–mail us back the completed forms.
After evaluating your forms (30 minutes*), we’ll then e–mail you the
recommended test panels and nutritional tips specific to your case of fatigue.
STEP 3: Order your lab test panels. To read instructions about how to order tests visit: WTFatigue Test Panels
STEP 4: After you complete your recommended test panels, we will receive the results within 2 days. Upon receipt of payment, we will follow up with you on the phone for your second consultation (60 minutes*). During this consultation, you will gain an in depth understanding of the underlying causes contributing to your fatigue. A complete dietary and supplement program will be recommended.
Pricing Information
If you choose to Consult with us:
WTFatigue™ Evaluation & Consultation Fees: $125 /30 minutes.
Initial Health Evaluation & Emailed Test Recommendations: *30 minutes = $125
Lab Evaluation & Phone Consultation: *60 minutes: 30 min. evaluation of your
lab tests results and 30 min. of phone consultation time = $250
Consultation/Evaluation times may vary and are prorated.
Consultations may take place in our San Francisco office.
Q: Can I make an appointment to consult with you if I’m not a current patient?
Yes, first you must sign up for Step 1: Initial Evaluation and Test
Recommendations so that I can review your case and recommend specific test.

Q: Do I have to use your lab – I just had my blood work done at my doctors office?
Yes you need to use the lab and tests that I use to check ALL markers required for an accurate assessment.
Q: How much are the lab tests and what will it test for?
All panels include a Comprehensive Blood Chemistry Screening:
metabolic panel, CBC, thyroid panel, fasting blood sugar, lipid panel.
Added to that are tests specific to what’s been determined after Step 1.
